For the past few months I've been working with my close friend and Rubie Green photographer, Patrick Cline, and am excited to finally share some of his incredible photography with you! While creating imagery for the RG website, we shot in Boston, Brooklyn, all over the West Village, Staten Island (yes, we took the orange ferry!) his New York studio and even the Hamptons! I couldn't be happier with the photos he took, as they help communicate what my brand is all about.
Patrick recently launched his own company called Brand Arts. He offers his clients photography, digital retouching services, printing and graphic design! It's basically a one-stop shop for all aspects of a brand, hence the name 'Brand Arts.' I met him last year on a domino shoot and was lucky enough to work with him on this project. Enjoy...

We found this pier while wandering around the north side of Boston and got some gorgeous shots! You can see a couple more on the Brand Arts site.
Love this shot. It's my best friend Ashley from college! I rented the vintage suitcases from a local prop house and we lugged them all over the city (while people gave us goofy looks of course!)
Patrick did such a great job with this shot. It reminds me of the vintage inspired Noa Noa photography from my earlier post.

There are so many well-priced, beautiful flowers to be found outside little delis in Manhattan! We must have stopped at a dozen of them to get the right shot :)
Ok how cool and chic is this woman?! Patrick and I spotted her in the West Village and he talked her into being photographed (I think it helps that he's British- haha.) If anybody knows this woman, please tell her that we LOVE HER!
We took this shot in the East Hamptons when it was just barely getting warm out and the beaches were practically empty. Patrick didn't want to take his shoes off in the sand. (Rubie did ;)
I'm absolutely in love with this photo, and will probably frame a print for my apartment! Patrick plans on selling his prints soon, so check his site now and again. Here's a few of my favorite photos he has taken for other clients (and for fun:)

LOVE the pink bike and the Beacon Hill doorways. My boyfriend and I got totally lost in Beacon Hill one perfect summer day last August, but we had such fun amidst the brick and cobblestone streets, and took tons of photos of people's houses and flowerboxes!
his work is SO good! the photography is perfect for RG :)
Amazing!!! My fav is the suitcase shot... thanks for sharing these!
I absolutely LOVE your new site! Patrick's photos seem to perfectly express what Rubie Green is all about. What an amazing photographer, and friend.
Great photographs - I love that bookshop in the W Village where the chic stylish girl was hanging out. Lovely Hamptons photo too. Just discovered your blog - loving it!
Brilliant! And aren't the flowers at the markets in NYC wonderful? I always get some when I am there.
beautiful! it sounds like you had a dream adventure shooting all over the east coast. I adore the vintage suitcase photos. (i lug the real big, ugly ones around all week. i like this one better!) and the fabric and fence photo is so idyllic. perfect for summer.
wow, his photos are amazing!!!
what lovely pictures - his business will certainly be a hit!

beacon hill is also one of my favourite places...I bought one of the embelished boxes at the chocolate shop to take home as a memento

his work is great! I think he is a perfect match for you and Rubie Green!
LOVE these shots! I've lived in Boston, and now am on the North Shore...and these shots so perfectly capture the area.
Welcome to the blogging world! I love your posts! :)
Amazing shots, and I didn't realize you worked for Domino and owned Rubie Green. Guess I didn't put it all together until recently. Wonderful work, and would love to hear more about your story - like how you landed a job with Domino?!
absolutely completely stunning! Love the suitcase shot cuz the shoes are great and the bookstore pic reminds me of an ideal sunday afternoon. Congrats on the new site!

I love his photos! And every time I see a picture of fresh flowers in a market it puts me in a great mood :)
oh how i love the boston shots! and that pink bike is tdf. gorgeous images!!
stunning images - i have just popped over from anna's absolutely beautiful things, and am always on the look out for companies who work with 100% organic cotton, and your designs are fabulous, so glad I found you! Do you have a distributor in Europe or sell in retail stores here?
Love this site. Love your stuff. Love Patrick Cline's photography! In fact the thing is this; I am in Australia, I'm a chick with a chic lit book itching to adventure into ePub... there's a pic of your friend holding a vintage suitcase, just her legs feet two hands holding suitcase - Gorgeous. Need to know how I might go about requesting that I credit the photographer and use it for my book's cover. It's a sweet book. A letter from a mother to a daughter. About travel and love. I am penniless however & if he requires Squillions or even hundreds, it is not possible. It's just so perfect. Love a reply to Justine@dmclbuild.com xx
