Rubie Green in the Hampton Designer Showhouse!

Photos: Courtesy of Elizabeth Bailey
So I've been drooling over these photos for the past week and tonight I finally got the OK to share them with you!! The wildly talented designer is Ms. Elizabeth Bailey, who graduated from Parsons last year and designed this eco-friendly bedroom (yes, I said eco-friendly!) for a design contest sponsored by Traditional Home! I couldn't be more thrilled that she chose to include Rubie Green's East Village fabric in pink! If you live in the area, you can check it out for yourself until September 6th at the Hampton Designer Showhouse, otherwise be sure to stop by Habitually Chic for ongoing coverage of the home ;) Thanks again Lizzie!

AMAZING! This is my favorite of all your prints. It's fun to see it on such traditional bed hangings---what a beautiful job she did. Congratulations!

The bedroom looks so cozy because of the warm color and fabrics. Not too dark not too light either, the lighting of the room is just right to have a comfy sleep.

Sooooooo pretty. I've admired these patterns before, but this is a really refreshing way to see them used. Love the subtle color combinations.

I'm always so happy to see eco-friendly traditional spaces! So many people think 'green' means modern, but this space is truly elegant and beautiful in all it's green glory.

Congrats Michelle on being shown here too! You are popping up everywhere these days :)
